The Ponder & Ponder team has over 60 years of combined experience working on over fifty public and private sector projects, from libraries to limited service hotels. The entire team strives to provide the highest quality architectural services to ensure a satisfied client and quality project that will stand the test of time.

Quality Control -Through thorough periodic Coordination Reviews of documents for all disciplines conducted by the Principal-In-Charge. This process is "one brain" assimilating the entire project to understand the critical inter-relationship of the components and to check for potential problems and coordination issues.
Timely Services - The Ponder & Ponder, Architects team takes schedules seriously. We work closely with the client and consultants, meeting construction budgets to within two percent and producing documents to keep the project on schedule.
Effective Technology - Every member of our design team utilizes AutoCAD software for efficient and cost effective document production. We are fully networked to increase accuracy in our interoffice communications and project coordination. Drawing files are regularly shared with collaborating consulting engineers for automatic updates on any modifications. Specifications are prepared within the firm, by the Project Architect for the project, someone intimate with the construction details and materials.
